InGeNA welcomes GenIMPACT as our newest member. Read more about GenIMPACT below, and on their website:
GenIMPACT: Centre for Economic Impacts of Genomic Medicine at Macquarie University undertakes cutting-edge research into the economic impacts and cost-effectiveness of genomic technologies and personalised medicine. Through a highly collaborative approach, our work is helping to shape some of the government’s most pressing and complex health, economic, and social policy agendas spanning intellectual disability, genetic blindness, mitochondrial disorders, cancer, arthritis, mental health disorders, and preconception carrier screening. GenIMPACT aims to improve human health by striving to understand and quantify the transformative potential of genomic science across the life course and, in many cases, across generations.
