Jessica brings over 15 years of commercial leadership experience, with the last five years dedicated to genomics, life sciences, and research-industry partnerships. As the Chief Commercial Officer at AGRF Ltd, she leads commercial and marketing strategy, driving revenue growth and fostering collaborations across biomedical, clinical, academic, agricultural, and environmental sectors.

With a strong background in strategic planning, business development, and stakeholder engagement, Jessica is passionate about expanding access to cutting-edge genomic technologies. Her extensive commercial leadership includes senior roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where she managed business units and commercial teams across Australasia.
